Illusion Spirals & Distortion Display Team Trials Becoming a display team gymnast requires team work and dedication. Gymnasts must be able to work on their own and in partnerships. They perform a themed routine which includes individual skills, dance, tumble and balances. The display teams per …moreform their routines at festivals in the UK and abroad. Training for the teams is held in Molendinar at the following times: Spirals - Fridays 5pm-6.30pm Seniors - Fridays 6.30pm-8.30pm Any gymnasts wanting to trial must be in Primary One or above. To be in a display team, you must be willing to purchase a yearly costume, a full club tracksuit, leotard and club T-shirt. less
